Griffworld can provide support for your IT system, this includes looking after Desktop PCs, Laptops and Servers. We can also provide support for network infrastructure, including routers and switches, but this is dependent on your specific set up. In some circumstances, we may be able to assist with peripherals, such as printers, faxes and scanners.

Our main area of software support is for Microsoft's operating system, Windows. Support is available for legacy versions of Windows such as Windows 2000, XP and Vista, but we encourage users to upgrade to supported versions and we can assist with migration. We actively support all current versions including Windows 7, 8 (8.1) and Windows 10. Additionally, we can support Windows Server, Exchange Server and Office 365.

We also have experience in supporting many popular business software applications, including the Microsoft Office suite and many other software products. We can often provide support for MacOS, Ubuntu and Tablets (including iPad, Android and Windows tablets). Griffworld can also provide assistance for users of smartphones, these include: iPhone and handsets using Android or Windows operating systems.
